| Come be a team member of the World Champion Jacks Old South Cooking team. Learn first-hand how winning is done... You can participate in a Kansas City BBQ Society contest where you'll cook brisket, Boston butt, ribs, and chicken, from the prep work all the way to awards. Or you can choose The Memphis in May style contest with whole hog, shoulders, and ribs. Cook large cuts of meat and get ready for the onsite judging that will eventually take us to the stage to accept our trophies. Both are uniquely different, but they teach what it truly takes to be on a winning team. We would love to have an individual teammate or a couple.
